The Ashburn Station Development Project Progressing

If you have been driving on Waxpool Road in Ashburn, you should have noticed some new development has broken ground by The Regency and opposite of where the Golds Gym was. This is the Peterson Companies’ Ashburn Station residential development project.

Back in December 2019, the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors approved The Peterson Companies’ 10 acre, 224-unit multifamily residential Ashburn Station project. This project includes 11 units for the county’s rent-controlled Affordable Dwelling Unit program. No completion date for this project has been posted.
